Brief Answer:
Possibilities for your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Good day, I'm sorry you are experiencing such discomfort, I believe I have a few ideas as to what can be causing this. It is possible that these are symptoms of worsened and or additional Peripheral neuropathy, and or repercussions of other nerve irritation and or damage. Can you tell me exactly where the pain is? There is a condition caused Lumbago and Sciatica which involve compromise of the lower back, and leg muscles, nerves and accompanying sensation, resulting from disk compromise in one's back. As a result the nerves exiting the spinal cord are compressed and result in pain. If this is the case over the counter medications are very useful in treating sciatica. Switching between heat and ice applied to the effected area can help with cramping, inflammation and muscle imbalances. NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) such as Ibuprofen can also help with the inflammation, muscle imbalances as well as in pain control. Alternatively, you must keep yourself well hydrated, and take the doses of medication as prescribed on the bottle.

There are other possibilities for the symptoms you experience, however to truly give you justice with a proper answer, I would have to perform a physical, and or obtain a urinalysis or blood-work. Symptoms to look out for are urinary changes, and or discomfort, which may represent a UTI (urinary tract infection) which can cause some of the symptoms you are describing as well. Nonetheless, I suggest you utilize the above therapies I've recommended and schedule a visit with a primary care physician to get a more focused and personable examination performed. I hope this advice has helped and you can find some alleviation soon. Feel free to continue with any follow up questions.
