Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

To recapitulate: Female/62 - left lower sharp abdominal pains - one week - mix of normal stool and diarrhea - now better - now, intermittent craps relieved by bm - pubic region - veggie, eats a lot of fruits and vegs - no nausea - no blood in stool - tried Gas-X, herbal tea, resting gut, Tylenol and Ibuprofen

As per the history you have mentioned , this seems to be colitis.

I would advice you the following:
Since it is one week, a clinical evaluation and an actual examination.
Tests of stool (routine microscopy).
Tests of blood: CBC, liver and kidney functions

A course of an antibiotic (Metronidazole) if there is an evidence of infection, probiotics and along with them, continue the medicines that you are already taking.

If there is no complete relief, you may then ask for colonoscopy and CT scan as may be felt necessary.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Regards
