i have been facing this pain past 6 months.
I sit for longer time and when i try to get up from my chair i feel like im stuck and unable to get up quickly, sometimes i feel the pain is radiating to my thighs, i havent tried any medication and not taken x ray

According to you history your pain due to your posture like prolong sitting.
I would suggest you medication with paracetamol and Ibuprofen combination. You can get this medication over the counter. Use it sparingly after food.
Volini or brugel you can apply over the back, do not do massage.
Hot water bags may help you.
Try to avoid sitting long time, take break between work.
If you are over weight, then try to reduce your weight.
I also suggest you eat calcium contains food.
If you will not feel better after 5 days of medication then visit an orthopedic doctor and get an x ray of L-S spine done.
