Brief Answer:
Better to get evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes of pain in the lower back are:
-Muscle spasms
-Faulty posture
-Stones in urinary tract
-Pelvic inflammation
-Bones and joints related etc
By examination only the exact cause of the problem can be identified and treated.
So, consult physician once and get examined.
If he recommends go for investigations like ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, X ray of lower spine and pelvis.
With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
