What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Suffering Form Stomach Pain?
Question: After stomach pain with gas and acid reflux one week ago (no fever, diarrhea or vomiting ), I notice point left lower quadrant pain with deep inspiration.

Pain during inspiration or expiration will be in the organs close to the diaphragm like Liver, Spleen etc.
Pain in the left lower part of abdomen can be due to Has filled Colon,Left Ureteric stone, left ovarian Cyst etc.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen. If it is normal, then the pain could be due to musculoSkeletal cause.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.

Thank you for your response. Did you intend to say "half filled colon"? The pain is so low and left in the abdomen that it seems most likely a colon issue. I will call a Gastroenterologist office in the morning.

Because of decreased peristalsis due to your age, colon will not propel Gas and stool normally.
So, it may take some time.
During these contractions of the colon, you might be experiencing pain.
