Brief Answer:
Amisulpiride is known to cause sexual dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The drugs you are taking are Ventab which is a SNRI anti depressant, Sulpitac or Amisulpiride which is an anti psychotic drug also used in depression and Inderal or Propranolol which helps to reduce anxiety. If we consider the doses of these drugs then in my opinion you are not taking very high doses. The doses are fine.

Venlafaxine though is implicated in causing weight gain but that usually occurs at very high doses. So in my opinion if your symptoms are under control then there is no need to discontinue the drug. Amisulpiride or Sulpitac is known to cause weight gain but the 50 mg dose is not a high dose that can cause weight gain. The drug is an atypical antipsychotic drug that is known to cause less weight gain as compared to other drugs.

Coming to sexual dysfunction. SNRIs are known to result in reduced libido but in high doses. Amisulpiride some times even in low doses might result in poor sexual desire, poor orgasm and sexual side effects. So in my opinion if possible you can discuss with your psychiatrist to discontinue the amisulpiride. The drug can cause sexual side effects. This would help to reduce the weight gain also.

Please discuss with your psychiatrist before making change in prescription.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
