Brief Answer:
Some possible causes of your problem and some recommendations with the available information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Your lab results are very important to determine what is happening to you.

-- You may have a kidney infection which will need antibiotics to treat it, but the labs will tell us if that is the case.

-- One of your medicines may be giving you this problem, please check if there's any new medication started just recently

-- You need also to check your thyroid function because the alterations of it may give this fatigue.

-- I would recommend to check and do a complete blood count as well because anemia can cause fatigue too.

-- I would also recommend to drink plenty of water, because that will keep the kidneys going.

-- If you start having fever, that means that the infection is confirmed. Let me know if it's there, in this case and I will suggest a medication to use.

The best next step is to follow up with your doctors, check the lab results and act accordingly as per the actual investigation results.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications or have anymore questions or concerns.
