Brief Answer:
Anemia requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

This Hemoglobin level is low. And this requires evaluation to find out the cause so that an appropriate treatment can be done.

I am concerned that why is it low at just age of 31 years.

Give me following details:
1. Why did you get it checked? I meant to know your symptoms.
2. Ever got it checked earlier in life?
3. How is your diet? How is your weight and general growth?
4. Any bleeding from any site? Any blood in stools - Piles?
5. Any black coloured stools?
6. Any history of passing worm in stools?
7. Please attach you complete CBC report, i need to review all the parameters.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
See again I am saying that this is important to find out the cause.
I would suggest you following investigation as baseline:
1. Complete Hemogram
2. Iron Profile
3. Blood Picture.
4. Stool for occult blood.

I also advice you to do deworming by taking Mebandazole 100 mg twice daily for 3 days.

If you are passing blood in stools see a doctor for that.
Taking iron supplement will increase your Hemoglobin but that would be temporary if you basic cause is not resolved.
