Brief Answer:
Several methods available

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Several methods are available to reduce the incidence of low blood pressure. Here is how you should go about it

1. Increase your dry weight. Keeping too much ultrafiltration is the most common cause for hypotension. Increase your dry weight by a kilo will reduce this incidence

2. Decreasing weight gain. Too much weight gain in between dialysis is the second most common reason for hypotension. Make sure you reduce your fluid and salt intake

3. Check your cardiac status, low ejection fraction often leads to hypotension

4. Ultrafliltration management. Ask your doctor to change your ultrafiltration profile to a reducing step ladder fashion, this will definitely help

5. Reduce the blood flow and dialysate flow from your existing flow rate. This will also reduce the incidence of hypotension

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
