Brief Answer:
Antibiotic effects wean off....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. You been on a long course of antibiotic. And some of them don't tolerate them very well. The low appetite and energy may be secondary to infection, antibiotic induced effects and post infection condition. Usually the low appetite and low energy resolves spontaneously in few weeks. So don't be concerned.

I would start you on multivitamin pills - b complex and vitamin c pills and encourage you start plenty of fruits and vegetables.

General dictum is these post infection symptoms resolve gradually. If you see it worsening over the next 3 weeks, I would order battery of investigations to rule out associated conditions including hypergylcemia.

Therefore, at the moment don't be worried. Rest well with plenty of fluids and multivitamin pills.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
