Usually low testosterone level in males causes loss of libido and the testosterone treatment in rare cases (0.1-1%) causes impotence.
Testosterone injections (different from gel forms), has not a flat action and during the month there are fluctuating levels of testosterone in blood. During the treatment, the testosterone level should be checked before and three days after the injection.
So, first you should be sure that the dose you are taking is correct.
