It is treatable
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
I have some suggestions for you:
1. Decrease your stress levels, if you have any. Practice relaxation exercise like deep breathing, meditation and yoga.

2. Foods like banana, mangoes, eggs, chocolates are known to increase libido.

3. Some antioxidants like green tea, coffee and drugs like n-acetylcysteine can reduce oxidative stress of body and increase libido.

4. Indulging adequately in foreplay, accepting your partner's wish and being patient can make you feel the pleasure of sexual relations more.

5. Avoid alcohol, smoking and any kind of drug abuse if you do.

6. Medical illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, spinal injury etc can cause sexual dysfunction. Get treated for these illnesses by your physician, if you have any.

For ED, drugs available are sildenafil, tadalafil. Of these, tadalafil is relatively safe. It has side effects like headache, muscle pain, gastritis which usually resolve in 12-24 hours.

I feel that your depression in secondary to your problem of sexual dysfunction. It will resolve when your sexual problem remits.

Please consult a psychiatrist for the exact doses and schedule of above mentioned drugs and take these drugs only under his supervision.

Hope this helps you.
Any further queries are welcome.

Brief Answer:
The problem is mainly psychological.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow-up query.

The loss of sex drive is mainly a psychological reaction. It can be any aversion to sex or stress or partner's poor response/support.

Please follow the earlier-mentioned suggestions and you will be better.
Penile doppler study might be helpful in some cases to differentiate whether the problem is purely psychological or it has a medical cause.

If you still have premature ejaculation, it can be treated with medicines like dapoxetine or paroxetine. The dose will be determined by your psychiatrist depending on severity of your problem.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks.
