Brief Answer:
colitis can be the cause of your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that colitis can be the cause of your symptoms.
Since outside food is rich in spices and oily, it can cause irritation of the gastrointestinal tract. If it is unhygienically prepared, it can cause infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
I would advise that you should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation. If present, you should take proper treatment which includes antibiotic and antiamoebic depending upon the reports.
Till then you can take a digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
Brief Answer:
Digestive enzyme preparation are easily available.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Digestive enzyme preparation are easily available in Indian market. Some easily available products are aristozyme, lupizyme, bestozyme, unienzyme, etc.
They can be taken twice daily after meals.
But I would suggest that you should get your stool examined also, as it will help in planning further medical management. If infection is present, digestive enzymes will not cure the symptoms. You will need antibiotics and other medicines for that.
I hope this answers your query.
If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Regards. Thanks.
