Brief Answer:
To rule out anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

From the description given it is likely to be Stress incontinence of stools : Passing stools with any act which raises the intra abdominal pressure.
Pain Is unlikely to be present in such cases. Presence of pain requires possibility of anal fissure to be ruled out

I would suggest you to see your Physician for thorough clinical examination.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
