What Causes Lip Freckle?
Question: Hi I have this situation on the lower left side of my lip- there are little white mucolites, it dosent hurt or anything- its just there and I dont know how to fix it. My dentist didnot know wht t was neither does my ENT. Any suggestion? Thanks for your help.

1.Since when do you have this lesion? About 6 months now.
2.Are you taking any medication please mention? I am not taking any medication, just multivitamins.
3. Do you find any other symptoms associated with it like fever,rashes etc? No other symptoms. My blood tests were normal. No issues- I am a healthy individual.
4.What medication did you take until now as a treatment for this? Nothing, just apply lip balm for moisture.

As per the given details it could be lip freckle which occurs due to mild to moderate sun exposure.
In my view you must see your skin specialist once so that you can get suitable sunscreens for local application.This should help.
As it appears harmless it should not bother you but in case if you find there is increase in extent of the lesion then please report to your skin specialist.
