Question: Hi I am a 38 year old female for the past few days I have been feeling lightheaded and fatigued my legs feel like jelly I have been diagnosed with anxiety in the past had same type of feeling last year at this time had full physical at the time with holster monitor and echocardiogram all were clear at this point in time I am waiting to qualify for insurance just began a new job could these symptoms once again be related to anxiety or should I pay outright for new testing

I can understand your concerns.

You have had similar symptoms in past and had been diagnosed with anxiety.
All the investigations have come out to be normal.

I do not think there is any need of repetition of all the investigations again.

Just keep a check on blood pressure and pulse rate. If they are persistently high, then you should consult your doctor for necessary investigations.

Also, if a trial with anti-anxiety drugs like xanax (prescription drug) is successful for you, this is another rough guide that the symptoms are mainly due to anxiety.
