What Causes Lightheadedness And Chest Pain?
Question: I woke up lightheaded which is actually normal for me, but with chest pain. My chest felt heavy. It felt like it was either my heart or lungs. I have a history of blood clots in my lungs. I took ibuprofen, which helped with the tightness for a little, but now it's back and it hurts when I exhale. Should i go to the emergency room?

What could pain when u exhale possibly be that's not blood clot related? should I try pepcid? is there anything else I should try?

You can take pepcids and to see the pain how it affects .

thank you for your answers. I was on a blood thinner, cumadine, then lost health insurance and stopped. I was on it for 3 to 6 months. That was 8 years ago. Haven't had any issues. If I haven't had any issues does that mean I am out of the woods? Or could it come back any time in the future? What should I do?
