What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding?
Question: What does it mean to experience an early monthly cycle, but no blood show a on pas or tampon just only when you urinate

I have gone through your query. Hormonal imbalance or loosing or gaining of so much weight can give such symptoms.
Do you had any unprotected sexual intercourse or have taken any hormonal pills?
In case of taking any hormonal pills or emergency contraceptive pill also this occurs. Other abnormalities in uterus like myoma also can give such picture.
If this episodes recur then better to have a gynecologic examination and an ultrasound examination to find out status of uterus.

I do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I also taking thyroid vitamins

If the bleeding is very minute amount then it can be implanation bleeding also as you had unprotected intercourse. In such case better to go for transvaginal ultrasound examination after consulting a gynecologist to find out the status early.

One more question would hormonal imbalance cause frequent urination and breast tenderness?. I've been having tingling in the breast n slight cramping n the pelvic area.
