Question: Even by walking few meters I used to have pain on my legs (bottom and lower).
Can calcium intakes will help? or pls advise

Though the reason for limb pains on exertions are many. Mineral and vitamin deficiency is common and calcium is commoner. So calcium intakes may help. However evidence based medicine suggests to test for calcium and Vit D3 before prescribing supplements.
