Brief Answer:
Gastritis related indigestion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Your symptoms might be due to dyspepsia related indigestion in which a person develop indigestion due to gastritis.
2) Most common reason for such gastritis related indigestion is H.pylori infection in stomach.
3) Yes, you should undergo upper GI endoscopy to rule out this infection and also to check extent of gastritis.
4) You must avoid oily, spicy, overcooked, partially cooked, unhygienic foods.
5) You can take medication for acidity (Pantoprazole), medication to support digestion (Unienzyme), probiotics.

Brief Answer:
2-3 week treatment for duodenitis

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
1) Duodenitis maight take longer time to heal, 15-20 days. Thus you might need to take treatment for minimum two weeks.
2) Hiatus hernia is condition which can not be treated with drugs. Drugs are effective only to relieve from symptoms secondary to histus hernia. But in your case it is unlikely that such small hiatus hernia are producing these symptoms.
3) Yes these medications are quite good for duodenitis.
