Brief Answer:
You are likely to get benefitted by analgesic such as ibuprofen, vitamins

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your pain may be due to vitamin and trace elements deficiencies, so you should got your vitamin D and vitamin B12 level. You should also determine your thyroid level by thyroid function test as this can be due to hypothyroidism ( less thyroid). Another cause of such pain can be anxiety so you can take alprazolam to relieve anxiety. Your pain is likely to get benefited by rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and anxiolytic such as alprazolam.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
