Question: I have nasty large cysts p(?) that are or have been pus filled. How do I get rid of them

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
For infected cysts you need to take oral as well as topical antibiotics.
If you are having problem with keflex tablet you can go for some other antibiotic like tablet containing combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
