Brief Answer:
Delayed conception or missed abortion

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cardiac activity in the fetus is visible in the ultrasound by 6 weeks of the gestation. No cardiac activity by 8 weeks of pregnancy is suggestive of missed abortion.
However, sometimes the ovulation is delayed and hence the conception is delayed in the menstrual cycle. In this scenario, the gestational age by the ultrasound do not corresponds to the gestational age calculated by the last menstrual period. Therefore, to give benefit of doubt, usually the obstetricians get the ultrasound repeated after 1-2 weeks of pregnancy to assess the fetal cardiac activity.
Fetigyn injection is beta hCG hormone injection which supports the pregnancy.
I suggest you to be positive and hopeful.

Wishing you good health.
