Brief Answer:
she is having post viral arthralgia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think she is having post viral arthralgia. In this condition patient has pain in all joints and stiffness. I would suggest you to show her to a doctor and get her investigations like ESR,CRP ,Ra factor and Anti CCp antibody. These tests willgive us information regarding further management.
Ayurvedic medicines are rarely effective and some time there is steroids in these powders which can do more harm then any benefit. I would suggest you to stop these powders.
You can send this investigation reports to me. According to that we can plan for further management. I hope this answers will be helpful to you.Let me know if there is any other followup question is there.
Thanks.
