Brief Answer:
Rheumatoid arthritis. Apply ice, take pain killers, lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

How long have you had the pain ?

Do you have pain in the small joints of the hands ?

Usually pain in many joints in the hands, knees, shoulders could indicate inflammatory arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Reiters arthritis.

Rheumatoid arthritis can involve the neck joints, small joints in the hands, knees, shoulders. It affects women more commonly in 30s.

I advise you to apply ice packs or hot water bag, whichever gives you relief to the joints. Take anti inflammatory Medicine like Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals. Drink plenty of water. Apply pain killer gel on the painful regions. Avoid climbing stairs, cross leg sitting, kneeling.

Also possible is Osteoarthritis but usually sets in by late 30s and early 40s.

Kindly answer my questions for me to be in a better position to help you.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
