Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, Cardiologist.

I went through your earlier questions & found out that you have been having this problem since long time. Your holter report showed Wenckebach Type 1 block (and not type 2). It definitely does not need a pacemaker as you don't have any giddiness or fall.

The symptoms you are having don't seem to be because of heart block & i think this must be an incidental finding (but that too is important).

Coming to the current problem, I'll try to rule out conditions which can cause it--

1) Seizures- seizures of short duration can definitely cause such symptoms. You need to do a EEG to rule it out.
2) Hypocalcemia - calcium deficiency generally causes twitching but such symptoms can also be there. For diagnosing, you need to get Calcium level done.
3) Vit B12 deficiency - can cause similar symptoms. Check Vit B12 level.
4) Hypomagnesemia - magnesium deficiency is also one of cause. So check Mg level too.
5) Metabolic brain abnormalities- it is problem with metabolism of brain, which can cause very similar symptoms. I'll recommend getting a MRI brain done for same.

Being a cardiologist & seeing the heart blocks every day, I'll also recommend you for a 2D Echo & tread mill test (TMT) to see the condition of heart & how it behaves with stress.

Please get these tests done & i am sure you will find the cause & thereafter proper treatment.
Thanks
Take care & get well soon.

Thank you very much. When you say metabolism of brain is that what you believe this can be?
Is that cancer or tumor?
Good to hear it is just wenkelbac and not Mobitz. They told me it was Mobitz 2.

Hi Good morning,
Welcome back.

Metabolism of brain means brain can not metabolize its nutrients properly. It is not cancer & not a very common disease. Don't worry, it is not serious & you won't be having it.

Test for it, will be an MRI brain initially.

And Wenckebach is Mobitz type I second degree heart block. But you need to do the Echocardiography & Tread mill test to see why it is there.

Finally, i must say that don't worry, you are not very sick and will be fine soon. Keep a good & positive attitude & you will soon see things changing quickly.

I hope i answered your query, if you have any more question, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks
Take care
