What Causes Itchy Spots On Arms,thighs And Penis?

Question: For the past couple of weeks I have had itchy spots on my arms, thighs, butt and penis. With not I have about 6 bumps on the shaft of my penis as well as some on the scrotum. I have taken doxycycline hyclate for the past 9 days and have been putting nystatin and triamcinolone acetone cream on it. I had gone to the doctor about a week and a half ago and they said it could be folliculitis. It is not going away and keeps getting worse. The itch is unbearable at times.
