Question: I worked in my vegetable garden yesterday and last night I broke out in small red marks its very itchy, my back from top t my upper back side and my arms and chest

Hi,

A photograph of the itchy red marks is required for a more specific opinion.

However, from what you are describing, they are due to allergy reaction to any "bad" veggie while working in the garden.

I advise to :
- take oral anti-hystaminic medication (ketotifene) at bedtime
- continue applying anti-hystaminic (anti-itching) gel (benadryl gel) locally to ease the itchiness.

The symptoms will subside within a few days.
