Brief Answer:
Apply steroidal cream and take antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at Health Care Magic .

You seem to have developed a localized allergic reaction to the Tetanus injection.

In such cases I recommend my patients to apply steroid cream like Clobetasol propionate cream or Betamethasone cream on the rash twice daily for few days till it subsides. I also suggest them to take antihistaminics like Tablet Cetirizine 10 mg Once or Twice daily depending on the intensity of the itching.

These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
