Brief Answer:
Looks like Uritcaria or eczema or insect bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

Looks like a skin allergy due to some contact or an eczema or an insect bite allergy. But what ever it is I want to assure you that it is a very minor thing and it will settle soon. If you can get back to me with the weight of the kid, I would be glad to suggest you the appropriate dose and formulation for the same.

Will suggest you some danger signs so that if they appear I want to approach the nearest emergency room.
1. If she is having hoarse cry or voice .
2. If there is any breathing difficulty.
3. If she is developing high grade fever of if the rash is showing pus filled bubbles, which means it is getting infected secondarily.

Meanwhile you can use Syrup Cetrizine at 0.25mg/kg/dose every 12th hourly, orally along with a calamine lotion for external application on the lesions.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
