Brief Answer:
It requires use of artificial tears eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having itching and irritation of the eyes.
Since you work for almost 12 hours in laptop this can be because of dryness of eyes caused by prolonged exposure to laptop screen.
This is a common condition seen in people who use laptop or computers more and it is called as computer vision syndrome.
This can be prevented by the use of appropriate eye drops and few precautions.
I usually prefer to treat initially with artificial tears eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops 2-4 times a day.
If the itching is severe as in your case I will use anti allergic eye drops like olopatadine 1-2 times a day.

The precautions need to be taken are
1. Avoiding continuous exposure to laptop or computer monitor by taking frequent breaks. A break of 5 minutes after 2 hours of continuous working is sufficient.
2. Use of anti glare coated glasses.
3. Avoiding the use of fan or air conditioner as far as possible.
4. Avoiding exposure to dust, smoke, wind...
5. Washing the eyes with normal water 1-2 tines a day.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
