i suffered from urinal infection before 3 months and now it is almost ok
these days i noticed that at the tip of my penis there is a reddish color appeared and itching is there
the reddish color is only like a spot of about 3mm circle, can u help me to get a cream to cure this and the name of the disease, and pls donot disply this conversation to the public

Thanks for writing to us. I have seen the photos and the lesions are not very clear but it seems to be either dermatitis or tinea (fungal). A direct examination is needed to come to a diagnosis.
I would have suggested a combination of hydrocortisone and clotrimazole cream. Hydrocortisone is a prescription medicine and clotrimazole is an antifungal cream that is available over the counter. You can apply clotrimazole for 5 days and if it does not get better than see a doctor to get a prescription for the combination.
Also take more fruits and vegetable and exercise daily to increase the immunity. Take hygienic food and clean drinking water.
