Brief Answer:
Cholestasis of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Itching all over the body in third trimester is most likely due to cholestasis of pregnancy.
It occurs due to the hormonal disturbances leading to liver derangement.
Cholestasis of pregnancy can lead to preterm labour, fetal distress and sudden intrauterine death of the fetus.
I will suggest you to consult your treating OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including liver function test and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
