Brief Answer:
alergy situation

Detailed Answer:
Hello again thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you provide it seems to me that this is an alergic situation combined with a viral one.

If you were my patient i would recommend you to add in your treatment Xyzal once and if the situation worsens you should add steroids orally twice for some days.

After you return in your normal condition to explore better the cause of allergy you should do the following tests :

Prick test
Specific IgE
Pneumoalergens

After having the results you will get the proper follow up.

Please discuss with your doctor for the above

Take care and feel free to ask me again
