Brief Answer:
Measures to control itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and itching at these sites can be due to senile pruritus which is an age related itching, due to dryness or due to some systemic abnormality like anemia, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, liver and kidney problems.
I would recommend you to avoid harsh soaps on the body, use a soap free cleanser for bathing, use a good moisturising lotion containing white soft paraffin on the entire body, avoid hot water for bath and instead use lukewarm water.
Also apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
If these measures don't help you much in relieving your itching, consult a doctor and go for lab tests.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
