Brief Answer:
I have treated a few of my patients with acidity reducing

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

This is a histaminic response to acidity causing foods and occurs on sensitive spots--some in crease of elbow, some in feet etc. I have treated a few of my patients with acidity reducing medicines for itchy feet. Please ask him to control his night meal--no spicy, sour, coffee, chocolates, colas, red meat. Also try to have early dinner, and walk a little inside the house after eating.
Ask him to take a capsule with 40 mg of Omeprazole half an hour before dinner and see whether the itch is avoided.
Also Capsaicin containing cream works fast on local application. But he must wash his hands after use.
You can revert back.
