Brief Answer:
Is it due to allergy ? if so avoiding allergens is the best option

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
Itching and bumps could be due to fungal infection or allergy. If it is due to fungal infection you can use clotrimazole containing ointments till the symptoms are releived. But if it is associated with allergy then you should be adding a steroid containing ointment like clobetasole.
