Brief Answer:
Repeat the dose two times more at weekly interval

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the detail and do understand your concern.
As young worms may be resistant to single dose of medicine, repeating it two more times at weekly interval helps in complete eradication.
Apart from this check if other family members are also having symptoms of worm infestation. If yes then give deworming agent to them also.
Proper hygiene like washing of hand properly each time before eating along with washing of bed sheet, cloths, towels is also important to prevent reinfection.
I suggest you to repeat the dose as advised. Most of the children become symptom free after three doses of Albendazole.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you if you have any more questions.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Dose is correct, follow the same schedule for yourself also

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

The prescribed dose is correct. The dose and schedule is same for age above 2 years irrespective of being child or adult.
So I suggest to follow the same schedule for both of you also.
