What Causes Itching Around Anus?

Question: For few weeks , I started feeling itching problem just inside the mouth of anus whenever eat something specially sweet (which stays for sbout 10 minutes) .
Is this because of some parasite like pinworms?
I don't eat too much spicy food and even the anal mouth is not to moist due to sweat as it is winter here in north XXXXXXX and temperature ranges around 10 degree Celsius.
please let me know the exact cause and medicines needed to cure this extremly dis comfortable problem.
(I don't have any sitting problem as happens with patient of piles)

Perianal itching is commonly due to parasites in children and adults as well

If you are constipated a common cause could be a small fissure in ano

I would suggest you get a stool examination done to come to a conclusive diagnosis

In the mean time take a good probiotic twice a day and a laxative of you are constipated

Thanks for the quick reply doctor ... I don't have constipation but only the itching starts whenever I eat something... .
Please help me to name some probiotic and laxative medicines and the time(duration) for which I should continue with this course(medicines).

Cremaffin plus / Gudlax plus are laxatives

Continue both for three to four weeks along with sitz bath twice a day

Get a stool report done and get back
