Brief Answer: unlikely to be STD Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the Dear Mr XXXXXXX First and foremost let me reassure you, it's unlikely to be STD. As the sexual activity was only 2 days ago, and the lesion occurred within 48 hours it's less likely to have STD with such short incubation period (the duration between exposure and development of lesion). The lesion appear more likely of papular balanitis. I would suggest you the following which will definitely help 1 Hot Seitz bath : Add a handful of common table salt to tub of lukewarm water. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15 minutes thrice a day. 2 . Local application of combination of steroid and antifungal will be helpful Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you. Take care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS, MD
