Brief Answer:
Pregnancy can be there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After stopping a birth control pills it is normal to have lighter or delayed periods. The periods do take 2-3 months to become regular again. The chances of being pregnant are there as you are having unprotected sex. If the pregnancy test is negative 20 days after the last unprotected intercourse then pregnancy is ruled out.
The symptoms that you have are non specific and can happen due to stopping the birth control pill also.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
