Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that the intermittent irregularities which you are experiencing could probably be a rhythm abnormality of the heart which needs evaluation by following steps

1. Consulting a cardiologist personally for evaluation.

2. ECG, Echocardiography and as it is happening transiently so a Holter monitoring is required to be done.

3. Also few blood tests like
Complete blood count
Serum electrolytes levels
Lipid profile
Thyroid profile
HbA1c

Are required to be conducted.

I hope this information will be helpful and will guide you properly.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
