What Causes Intermittent Vibrations In Pelvic Area?

Question: I have an internal vibration which started 3 days ago. It is intermittent in the pelvic area. at first I thought it was a vibration from my cell phone in my pocket.

Where exactly this vibration is located? Is it groin area? If so is it on one side?
Do you smoke? Do you have calf pain when walking? Is one leg colder than the other one?

Such vibration can be caused by inguinal hernia (gas in the intestine) or narrow arteries due to atherosclerosis.
Hernia gives kind of vibration in the groin area. Pain while coughing can appear.

Calf pain while walking can be caused by atherosclerosis which can also give vibration feeling.

the vibration is in the groin area on the left hand side only. when I first felt it I thought it was my cell phone vibrating in my left front pocket.
