Brief Answer:
Probably a gall bladder problem!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain that is mostly provoked by greasy substances is often related to gall bladder. This pain would be more common on the right side of the abdomen, under the ribcage. I will suggest that you get an ultrasound of the abdomen to evaluate the bladder. Do well to communicate your results with me for more insights and guidance.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I have no pain in that area. my urine feels like it did when I had a uti and only when im constipated

by the way thank you for your quick response

it feels more like a constipation and gas problem but it causes my urination to feel like a uti. then after I poop it all goes away

and I don't have any pain from anywhere else

its more of a discomfort

Brief Answer:
Please, get the gall bladder checked!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain/discomfort after eating greasy food seems pretty suggestive of this problem. I will want to see it eliminated through the exam than deny it upfront. Please, kindly do it and communicate to me.

Keep me posted and feel free to express further worries if they still exist.
