There are so many causes of your problem but before giving my opinion about it I want to ask a few questions from you.

- What is your age?
-Are you sexually active?
- Are you taking any type of birth control pill or any other medication?
- Any other associated symptoms with bleeding?
- Is it coming from vagina or some where else?

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch for the bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you once again.

There are so many causes which may cause intermenstrual bleeding ( bleeding in between periods).

In your case most probably it can be due to perimenopause or menopause, hormonal changes, thyroid disorder, diabetes, fibroid, polyp, PCOD, DUB and endometrial hyperplasia.

You should wait and watch for bleeding for 2-3 days if bleeding increase in quantity and not resolve in 2-3 days than you should consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and investigation done like Transvaginal ultrasound ( to see fibroid, polyp, PCOD, endometrial thickness), thyroid profile, hormonal profile( fsh, lh, estrogen and progesterone level), blood sugar.

Hope it is useful.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards
