Brief Answer:
Suspected hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

Based on the provided symptoms, it seems quite apparent that you are experiencing a hormonal imbalance/change from usual levels.

As you have not mentioned experiencing such symptoms in the past, and also have always had a regular cycle the cause is unclear. I would request you to visit your doctor and get the following ma'am:
-Sex hormone levels
-Thyroid profile
-Testosterone levels
-Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound

I shall also list come of the most common causes for a hormonal imbalance in a young otherwise healthy woman, they are:
-Use of birth control and/or contraception
-Various medications
-Environmental chemicals
-Poor nutrition (especially seen in young women due to their diets)
-Erratic lifestyle
-Too much exercise
-Stress
-Thyroid abnormalities
-Phytoestrogens present in food
-Ovarian failure
-Gynecological abnormalities (Eg. fibroids, etc.)

Please report to your family gynecologist who shall conduct a thorough physical examination along with laboratory investigations to confirm the cause and address it.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative ma'am. In my opinion there should be nothing serious wrong. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
