What Causes Infertility?
Question: Hi Doctor.
I would require a feedback and suggestion on my problem which i am mentioning below in full detail.
we got married on 23rd XXXXXXX 2014. And we planned to have a baby. After one month we made a pregnancy test and its become positive.
On 1st week my wife started a heavy bleeding so we consult a gynaecologist she told my wife had done lot of bleeding and we cant have that baby so she precribed abortion tablets and also she precribed tablet Dronis 30 for 21 days.
And than I left for out of country for 3 months. When I back in the month of XXXXXXX we again planned for a baby but we are not getting positive result for 2 months. So we consult another gynaecologist she precribed tablets fertibex and Blong for 1 month and advised us to have intercourse.
Again my wife period start and we not get a positive result. Same procudure goes for next 2 months but still not get positive result.
Than our doctor advise us for hsg test for my wife which we done and its absolutely Normal.Also same time myself done my semen analysis test whic is also absolutely normal.
I am attaching some reports of doctors a lnd my semen test.
we don't what's going wrong with us and should to be do for become a parents.
please suggest us would be very appreciated.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your semen report is normal. Since your wife has conceived once already, both of you are medically fit to be parents.
The very first thing, you both have to involve in unprotected sex without any contraceptive method around ovulation day or fertile days for at least 6-12 months before proceed to basic investigations of primary infertility. Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period due date. In case of regular period with 28-30 days duration, her fertile days will be from 11th-18th days of each cycle. You need to have unprotected daily intercourse during these days. She can use ovulation prediction kit (LH kit) to predict ovulation time in mid cycle. With this protocol, chances of pregnancy can be maximized.
In preconception period, you both can take Vitamin-E ( Evion 400mg) and folic acid ( Folvite 5mg) supplements for at least 3 months. Additionally, take healthy diet, control body weight by regular physical exercise, try to avoid mental stress/ emotional upset by regular meditation/ yoga, drink more water and eat fresh fruits, maintain genital hygiene and take sound sleep with complete relaxation.
In case you do not conceive naturally in next 6 months then you can consider taking treatment with ovulation inducing medicines. The chances of conception in a cycle are around 20%. It is a time taking process. Just be patient and wait for the natural conception.

i am just trying to understand the what probelm has been occuerd. As i mention we got married in month of January and we get postive result in next month only..
my main concerned is that is there any probelm occured after our miscarragie..?
And the doctor has precribed us that time Tablet Dronis 30 for 21 days since this a birth control tablet. So is there any reason behind this for not getting positive after taking a dronis 30.
We are aware about the ovulation and fertility days after period which is from day 11th to day 18th and we are going according to that only and having unprocted sex.
Would be very appericiate if you clearfied us for tablet dronis 30..

The effect goes away in next 1 or 2 cycles after the tablets are stopped. There is no long term effect on the fertility after taking Dronis. You need not worry regarding your wife's fertility. Just be stress free and try during fertile days. Using LH kit to detect ovulation will increase the chances of conception.
