Brief Answer: investigations required to rule out common causes Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using HCM. I went through the query and understood your concern. Increased urination at your age may be due to urinary tract infection or ureteric stone or due to diabetes. Since you don't have any fever, difficulty in urinating, pain abdomen or increased thirst, investigations like urine routine, complete hemogram and random blood sugar and if none of the report suggest diagnosis then USG abdomen and pelvis is required for the diagnosis. Chest pain with dark coloured stool may suggest any gastric ulcer with bleeding. Stool examination will reveal if any bleeding. For now you can take gastric acid suppressant like pantoprazole or Omeprazole with plenty of fluids. Avoid any spicy food. If these does not solve the problem then endoscopy may be required to visualise the problem with cardiac evaluation. I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them. Wish you good health and faster recovery. Regards
