Brief Answer:
TSH is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Increased levels of anti TPO antibodies with normal TSH levels is not worrisome. This does not need any treatment. Regular monitoring of TSH levels is needed to see if any active treatment is needed. The bleeding that you are having now could be due to an implantation bleeding. it is not necessary that this will cause a miscarriage.
You can get your progesterone levels evaluated and get your beta HCG levels checked and consult a gynecologist for related treatment to stop any further bleeding.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you Doctor, I´m just kind of frustrated because almost every other month I see faint possitive lines in my HPT and yet my period always comes and so many tests and ultra sounds and follow ups and everything seems to be okay but I still can´t keep my babies.

Well I think it´s not my time yet. Thank you for you quick answer, really appreciate it!

Brief Answer:
Be relaxed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

Just be relaxed. Blood test will confirm the pregnancy. Mild bleeding in early pregnancy is usually an implantation bleeding.

Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
