What Causes Increased Endometrial Thickness?

Question: 71 years old - good health - spoted - was a nurse had a ultro sound - lining is 62mm - waiting for biopsy report - had d and c l0 yrs ago - was fine for the same reason - really concerned about the thk number 62mm . Is that more serious than a smaller number.

Endometrail thickness is increased and treatment plan depend upon biopsy report.It is difficult to comment without biopsy report.
Biopsy is the best way for proper diagnosis.
